Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail for orders within the UK and Royal Mail International Signed For delivery for international orders.

We dispatch all orders within 3 working days. However, deliveries might take longer than 5 days due to external factors (e.g. national postal strikes). For standard deliveries, parcels are usually delivered within 5 working days: from Monday to Friday, between 8am - 7pm.

Delivery Costs are the following:

Within the UK
Standard Parcels: From £20.99 (3-5 days)
Special Delivery Next Day: From £45 (1 day)
Same day: From £45
Please note that Same Day and Special Delivery Next Day cannot be delivered on bank holidays.
Please allow an extra working day on UK bank holidays for standard deliveries.

International
Please contact us for orders outside the U.K.

If you are out at the time of delivery, we will leave the package somewhere safe inside your property (neighbor or entrance) or leave you a card for collection.
International customers are required to sign for deliveries upon receipt.

NB. Overseas customers should be aware that they are liable for any customs/import duty, permits, product restrictions, quotas, and other local requirements. For taxes and duties overseas please contact your local office for more information.
