Returns and Refunds
Please send us an email at email@example.com, to inform us of which item you wish to return, with the reason to return it, within 2 days after delivery. We will reply to you within 2 days. Please return the item to us so that we receive it within 7 days after the date you received it (10 days for overseas customers).
Once we have received the items we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with. Returned items must be in their initial condition. We carefully inspect all returned items, for refunds only apply if they are returned in perfect condition. Please use a secure delivery method (i.e. Royal Mail recorded/next day delivery) if you wish to return an item, at your charge. You will not be refunded on the initial postage cost.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us for a refund. Once we have received the items we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
