How to order

You can browse and place orders on our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are delivered to your specified address Monday to Friday.

Home Page - You can get back to our home page when browsing by clicking on the ElectricBicycleCompany logo at the top of the page.

Navigation - You can navigate to main sections of the site by using the navigation bar at the top of each page. This includes access to search, help, your shopping bag and your account.

Search - You can search for an item by product code, description, size or type of product. You can also search when browsing in a product category by size and price.

View A Product - Simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description and size. Click "Add to Basket" to buy the item.

Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred size - then add to your shopping basket. At any time you can check to see what is in your bag. When you have finished shopping follow the checkout procedure.
