Returns Policy

At Electric Bicycle Company, we are confident that we can find the right e-bike for you. Occasionally, a customer may not be totally satisfied. In this case, you can return the bike to us within 14 days of purchase.
 
Please contact by email with the details of your purchase and reasons for return.
 
To return an unwanted item, the item must be ‘As New’. This means in the exact condition that it was delivered. The bike must be unused, with all original packaging and documentation that was provided.
 
If the bike is not in satisfactory condition, you may receive a partial refund, or no refund at all.
 
Warranty issues will all be taken care by our in-house technicians. If the bike is deemed to have been used in an unsafe or improper manner, this may cause it to be void of its warranty and this returns policy. 
 
Any damage caused in transit must be reported to us within 48hours of delivery.
 
We are not able to refund the cost of postage (both the original delivery charge and return postage) unless the item is faulty in the first 30 days.
 
If you would like to request reimbursement for postage applied to any incorrectly advertised, damaged or faulty items then just get in touch with us via email.
 
For Faulty Items we will either arrange for a courier to collect the item from you at our cost or provide you a prepaid returns label.
 

Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of the product being returned and deemed to be satisfactory condition.
